  9. BONUS TERMS. Any Bonus offered by us is subject to these Terms and to such further terms as we may specify at the time of offering the Bonus. You must read and agree to these additional terms in order to receive a Bonus.

  10. WITHDRAWALS. We reserve the right to withdraw any winnings that you have made from your Account at our discretion, provided that you are not then in breach of these Terms.

  15. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us relating to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

  16. GOVERNING LAW. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, without regard to their conflict of laws principles.

  17. CHANGES TO TERMS. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes will constitute your acceptance of those new terms.

  18. CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNT. You may cancel your Account with us by giving us written notice. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your Account at our discretion, provided that we are not then in breach of these Terms.

  19. FINAL PROVISIONS. (a) These Terms contain the entire agreement between you and us;(b) These Terms cannot be amended or modified except as set out in Clause 17 above;(c) If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision will be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

  20. ACCEPTANCE. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
